At TrailForge, we believe getting outdoors should be simple — that’s why we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Whether you’re gearing up for a mountain hike, weekend camping trip, or everyday outdoor adventure, we’ll get your order delivered straight to your door at no extra cost.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear every step of the way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident every time you wear TrailForge gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
