Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TrailForge gear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at tacoexplorations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, we're happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending anything back.

⚠️ Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Wholesale Inquiries
